Holly Giselle has a passion for yoga and is dedicated to sharing the benefits of the ancient practice through a modern approach. Expect lively yoga sequences with a focus on cultivating energy, fun, strength and alignment as well as deep restoration for body & mind.

What to expect in class: Expect spirited sequences, deep stretching and a focus on using the breath & body to build some heat from within. Mediation & Massage are also part of each class as well as a decent dose of Pranayama.¬†Promising a healthy balance of Thrill Time and Chill Time with every yoga class… ¬†and the odd RnB classic through Savasana too!

I believe strongly in the power of positive vibration through music and connection and so music is something I prepare carefully alongside each yoga class.

2016 saw the launch of my first Dub Yoga Sessions; combining deep meditative bass music with a powerful message that speaks of love and consciousness combined with powerful yoga postures and practices.

I am inspired by my students and meeting new people, I love to ensure people leave my sessions having experienced something new and genuinely feel good from within.
